What you see in this picture is a recreation area within the wonderful nature area. A resting, picnic area with very nice sitting areas, fountains, sports fields and playgrounds…
you come with your family, you rest and eat your meals…everything is going great up to here…then you come across a landscape where you want to walk a little in the grove in nature and much more than the picture in the picture…what do you think?
The value that people give to nature, which is sad but true here…this may be seen as a little love of nature, a little lack of conscience, yes..but here is a very important issue…how sensitive and conscious we are about our environment…how much waste we leave to nature time stays there, how does it affect it? or how it spreads.. what effect does it have when the wastes that have become microplastics enter the body of living things?
Besides all this, plastic packaging, tin or glass waste materials found among lush trees and grass… how can a person do this to himself and the natural environment he is in?
The saying that the tree bends when it is old is so important here that the love of nature and environmental knowledge should be given first in the education given in the family, and then in the kindergartens where the children first started their education..
Another suggestion is that I think it is important to organize environmental cleaning and garbage collection activities in such recreation areas, even if it is a few times a year, especially for secondary and high school students. In this way, there will be a lesson for these children and their families…
The importance of the environment in schools, how important waste, water and air are should be explained in the lessons…
It can be understood from the services that the municipalities give importance to the environment, nature and living things. The more environmental awareness a government acts, the more it can adapt to its citizens.
